Cheongdam Nine, styled after Paris’s historic cabaret Moulin Rouge, will host a special Valentine’s Day ‘Valentines’ Jazz Concert’ on February 14 offering matching lunch and dinner courses accompanied by live jazz. Both meals start with bread and an RMW charcuterie bacon and Lyonnaise (리오네즈) salad, followed by lobster risotto flavored with lobster tomalley, and 1+ grade Korean beef (한우) sirloin steak with grilled vegetables; desserts include layered potato dauphinoise with butter sauce and a strawberry-chocolate Valentine dessert. Lunch features the Montmartre Band performing romantic French chanson with piano, accordion and bass led by vocalist Miseon Renata, evoking Parisian charm. Dinner showcases the SonYoon Band delivering swing jazz, popular pop and film OSTs combined with tap-dance rhythms as a performance element.
