Successful First Charter Flight Operation Between Jeju and the Philippines

A partnership between travel agencies in Jeju, South Korea, and the Philippines has successfully completed its first charter flight operation. On the 28th, a charter flight carrying 180 passengers, including travel agency representatives and tourists, arrived in Jeju from Manila. After dropping off the passengers, the aircraft transported 173 people back to Manila, achieving a high seat occupancy rate of 100% from Manila and 96% from Jeju. This was the first of six scheduled charter flights between the two locations, planned until 2025. The initiative aims to enhance tourism and cultural exchange between Jeju and the Philippines, with further flights planned in April, June, October, November, and December.
