Dog Forest, a pet cultural leisure complex, will hold a “2026 Lucky Lunar New Year” event from Feb 14–18 (closed on Feb 17). Pet owners who wear hanbok (traditional Korean clothing) with their dogs get free admission. The site offers a “New Year Blessing” photo zone, a booklet to check dogs’ zodiac-based fortunes and record wishes, and traditional Korean games like jegichagi (shuttlecock kicking), bee-seok-chigi (stone stacking), and gonggi (knucklebone-like game). Dog Forest, opened in 2021, includes a museum, a dog-friendly pool called Nature Pool, trails, exercise areas, and pet-friendly restaurants and cafés. The venue also runs adoption campaigns, charity activities, seasonal events, and agility contests to promote responsible pet culture.
