Musinsa opened a large 300-pyeong (pyeong: Korean unit of area) flagship “Musinsa Store Myeong-dong” designed around foreign tourist flows. The multi-floor showroom mixes 110+ brands—over 80% domestic designers—to showcase K-fashion in one place, with themed zones like ‘Back & Cap’, ‘Kicks’, ‘Young’ and ‘Girls’. The shop emphasizes quick discovery and purchase: QR codes on products link to member prices, stock and reviews, and many tourists check prices via QR instead of asking staff. Musinsa aims to convert online demand into offline experience, partner with nearby restaurants and cafes for longer stays, and make the store a hub for international exposure of Korean designer brands.
