CJ Chairman Lee Visits Olive Better Store to Inspect New Wellness Venture

CJ Group Chairman Lee Jae-hyun made an unannounced visit on Jan. 30 to the first Olive Better (올리브베러) store in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, a new wellness retail concept from CJ Olive Young that combines supplements, health foods, and exercise and sleep-related products. He reviewed store layout, customer flow, and service content ahead of the official noon opening and praised the clear targeting and growth potential of the concept amid a fragmented wellness market. After the visit he held a staff meeting called “Moving Unit” with about 30 executives and new-business team members, emphasizing Olive Young’s role in promoting long, joyful, and beautiful lives and the importance of global expansion and being an “Only One” business.
