Grand Walkerhill Seoul is offering a limited-time Valentine’s Day cake at Le Passage through Feb. 28. The cake features a light yogurt cream base with mango and raspberry jelly, crunchy crumble for texture, and a striking heart-shaped red velvet finish. The pastry chef emphasized design and flavor harmony, suggesting pairing the cake with champagne, tea, or coffee for a romantic dessert moment. Walkerhill also sells a trendy “Dubai chewy cookie (두바이 쫀득 쿠키)” set combining chewy marshmallow and crunchy kadaif (shredded pastry) coated in chocolate and green tea powder, and will give surprise gifts to hotel guests checking in on Feb. 14.
