DoubleTree by Hilton Pangyo Offers Velvet Heart Cake and Romantic 5‑Course Dinner for Valentine’s Day

DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo is selling a Valentine’s limited edition “Velvet Heart Cake” at its ground-floor cafe. The cake features a deep red heart design with a soft, velvety surface, vanilla white chocolate mousse layered with raspberry crème and double-berry marmalade for balanced sweetness and acidity, white chocolate hazelnut crunch and red velvet sponge for texture, and a dark chocolate mousse heart for contrast. On Feb. 13–14 the cake is sold on site; reservations by phone or Naver (네이버) are recommended by the 12th, and a 15% discount applies for bookings made by the 7th. A hand‑held “mini cake” with a heart silhouette, red color and gold details is also available. On Feb. 14 the hotel’s rooftop restaurant & bar (21st floor) will serve a Valentine’s Day 5‑course special dinner with dishes like a strawberry gazpacho amuse‑bouche layered with ricotta foam and basil gel, paired wines and a special champagne cocktail. A rose and a message card are included; early reservations through the 4th get 15% off.
