JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul is offering two limited Valentine’s (밸런타인데이) cakes at its Seoul Baking Company bakery from Feb 13 to Mar 14, so they’re also suitable for White Day. The first, Gateau d’Amour (“love cake”), features a sculptural stacked heart-chocolate design in velvet red, using 64% Valrhona Manjari chocolate with bright cherry acidity for a deep, balanced chocolate flavor. The second, Cle d’Amour (“key of love”), is topped with a vintage heart-lock decoration and comes with a “love key” for a romantic moment; it combines milk chocolate with tart raspberry and nutty pistachio for layered sweetness and tang. Cakes are available via Naver reservation and in-store; reserve at least two days before pickup.
