OttoGI x oyoyoy Pop-up Pairs Tabasco Sauces with Seasonal Oysters at Gwangjang Market

OttoGI (오뚜기) partnered with oyster bar oyoyoy to run a pop-up at Seoul’s Gwangjang Market until March 2. Inspired by London’s Borough Market, oyoyoy and the Tabasco brand are offering spicy oyster pairings using four hot sauces: Jalapeño sauce with meaty rock oysters, Gochujang-flavored hot sauce with sweet Goheung oysters (고흥굴) to highlight Korean umami, Original hot sauce with aromatic Tongyeong oysters (통영굴), and Scorpion sauce with crispy fried oysters. OttoGI said the pop-up aims to introduce Tabasco products to more consumers through creative seasonal pairings.
