Shinsegae Gallery in Cheongdam Hosts Solo Exhibition by Japanese Artist KYNE

Shinsegae Department Store is presenting a solo exhibition by popular Japanese artist KYNE at Shinsegae Gallery Cheongdam from now until April 4. Based in Fukuoka, KYNE is known for works that incorporate 1980s manga and images of female pop idols (K-pop-like idol culture) and has collaborated with fashion brands and advertising projects. The show features an archive of signature pieces, about 50 new works, a large mural painted directly on the gallery wall by the artist, and limited-edition prints and exhibition merchandise for sale.
