Lotteria Boosts Lunch Value with New 'Single Packs' and Bigger Discounts

Lotteria, a burger brand under Lotte GRS, has expanded its 'Ria Lunch' promotion to attract more midday customers by moving the start time earlier and increasing discounts. The promotion now begins at 10:30 AM (previously 11:00 AM) and adds two new single-person packs featuring a Deli Burger or Chicken Burger, cheese sticks (치스스틱) and two pieces of chicken fillet, plus a drink. These single packs offer about double the previous discount rate and roughly 20% off compared to regular set prices, keeping lunch under 10,000 KRW for a hearty, value-oriented meal. Lotteria has also widened its lunchtime menu from 5 to 8 items by including limited-season products and has reintroduced popular seasonal burgers like the 'Squid Alive' and 'Crab Alive' as part of the promotion. Using app data and customer feedback, the chain tailors monthly menu options; the Ria Lunch campaign has driven about a 20% increase in lunchtime customers and a 30% rise in related sales, with over 5 million Ria Lunch items sold since the revamp. Lotteria continues post-lunch 'Ria Snack' offers and plans more seasonal updates to keep enhancing customer benefits.
