Princess Cruises Wins Multiple Global Awards, Alaska Route Tops for 22nd Year

Princess Cruises announced it won numerous global travel and cruise awards for ship design, cuisine, itinerary management, and onboard service. Its Alaska route was voted ‘Best Alaska Cruise Line’ for the 22nd consecutive year in a Travel Weekly reader poll. Sun Princess was named ‘Best Mega Cruise Ship’ by Condé Nast Traveler for the second year, and Discovery Princess was highlighted as offering the best Alaska experience. Cruise Critic awarded Princess Cruises both ‘Best for Couples’ and ‘Best Digital Experience.’ The Travvy Awards gave Princess the gold for Best Alaska Cruise and silver/bronze for Australia–New Zealand–South Pacific and Latin America & Hawaii routes, respectively. Culinary honors include Royal Princess being named ‘World’s Best Culinary Cruise Ship’ at the World Culinary Awards 2025. Sun Princess and Enchanted Princess also earned World Cruise Awards for ‘Best Dining Cruise Ship’ and ‘Best Casino Cruise Ship.’ A Princess Cruises spokesperson said the company will continue to deliver innovative, differentiated cruise experiences.
