Jeju Shilla Hotel Hosts Michelin-Trained Chef for Premium Dim Sum Pop-Up

Jeju Shilla Hotel’s all-day dining restaurant The Parkview will host Chef Li Ziyuan (head of dim sum at Seoul Shilla Hotel) for a three-day “Premium Dim Sum Promotion” from Feb 6–8. The event brings the chef’s Hong Kong Michelin-star training in authentic Cantonese techniques together with Jeju’s fresh seasonal ingredients so guests in Jeju can taste signature dishes usually available only in Seoul. The dim sum selection expands from five to eight varieties, featuring luxury ingredients like lobster and abalone, matsutake (songi mushroom), and truffle. Highlights include lobster har gow (shrimp dumpling), abalone siu mai, mala xiao long bao, crab-truffle mushroom gyoza, plus three fried items such as char siu siu (barbecue pork) and crispy wontons. Guests receive discounts: 10% for hotel guests and 20% for Jeju residents. (siu mai: a steamed pork or seafood dumpling)
