Brand incubator Hagohouse’s label Matang Kim has moved and expanded its Seongsu-dong flagship store in Seoul to deepen customer engagement and present a richer K-fashion experience. Seongsu (a trendy Seoul neighborhood popular with foreign shoppers) will house a multi-sensory store where visitors can interact with digital art, hologram lookbooks starring ambassador Ningning, and a “voice installation” that plays the brand’s spring campaign from calls simulated in over 20 cities. A live message screen displays user-submitted keywords in real time (via QR code), turning visitor input into dynamic visuals tied to Matang Kim’s 26 Spring “New Language” theme. The store also features modular displays for hats, gallery-style exhibits for wallets and eco-bags, and an outdoor garden with coffee by Bonanza Coffee and items from 트리밍버드 (a nomcore-look brand). The opening included a private party with media, influencers and DJ sets; a spring promo offers 10% off new items through mid-February, with ongoing events planned as the brand pushes offline expansion domestically and internationally.
