Clickmate, a loyal-customer commerce platform run by QueenLive (a subsidiary of Pond Group), saw its 'Sinnanday' seller make 600 million KRW (~$450k) in just three hours on January 26. The live stream focused on high-priced clothing—fur and premium items—with unit prices of 1–2 million KRW, a shift from Clickmate’s usual low-priced offerings. Limited stock sold out early, ending the broadcast about 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Despite minimal cancellation coupons during the sale, conversion rates were high. The seller said that with a bit more inventory they could have reached 1 billion KRW. The 'Sinnanday' seller grew rapidly after pandemic losses by pivoting to live commerce on platforms like Naver Live and Kakao Live; the company now reports annual revenue of 12 billion KRW and credits repeated trials and failures for its strengthened foundation. The seller also praised Clickmate for enabling joint growth between platforms and sellers.
