Minister Song Discusses Korean Cuisine Training and Local Ingredients

Seoul — On Jan. 26, Minister Song Mi-ryeong of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs met at the Hansik Promotion Institute (한식진흥원) to discuss establishing a traditional royal cuisine training school called Sura School (수라학교) and ways to increase use of domestic ingredients such as soybeans. She met with representatives from Korean food education institutions, held discussions on expanding use of local produce, and posed for a commemorative photo with attendees. isRecommend: true
