Diageo Korea Launches Limited Lunar New Year Whiskey Gift Sets

Diageo Korea has released limited-edition Lunar New Year (Seollal) gift sets featuring its Scotch brands, including Johnnie Walker, The Singleton, Oban, Talisker, and Lagavulin. Johnnie Walker offers eight label-themed sets: the premium Johnnie Walker Blue (500ml) in a gift case with a Glencairn glass and glass cap; Johnnie Walker Black in various size configurations with on-the-rocks or highball glasses and coasters; Johnnie Walker 18 (aged 18+ years) with a dedicated glass and leather bag; and other variants (Green, XR 21, Gold Reserve, Black Ruby, Double Black) paired with specially chosen accessories. Single malt packages include The Singleton 15 (with two Pasabahce on-the-rocks glasses), Oban 14 (with two Ishizuka glasses made in Japan), Talisker 10 (with an on-the-rocks glass shaped like the island’s mountains), and Lagavulin 16 (with two Rœmah glasses). The promotion aims to offer thoughtful whiskey gifts for Seollal, reflecting the Year of the Red Horse’s themes of strength and forward momentum, according to Diageo Korea’s CEO Prathamesh Mishra.
