Sunrise Breakfast at Signiel Seoul: City Views from the 79th Floor

Signiel Seoul has launched a limited breakfast promotion called "Sunrise Morning," offering guests panoramic sunrise views over the city from its 79th-floor dining venues. The Lounge serves two set menus from 6:30–9:00 AM until Feb 17: the "Sunrise Morning Set" (classic eggs Benedict with choice of salmon or bacon, plus coffee or tea) priced at 50,000 KRW, and the "Viennoiserie Set" (croissant, pain au chocolat, French baguette, toast and a beverage) for 39,000 KRW. The modern French restaurant Stay adds a new eggs Benedict featuring chef Yannick Alléno’s special hollandaise with salmon roe for extra texture and flavor; Stay’s breakfast runs 6:30–10:00 AM and includes twice-baked fresh viennoiserie, beet-marinated gravlax (marinated salmon), French toast, almond croissant, egg tart, seasonal fruit cake and spreads. To broaden choices, traditional Korean items like miyeokguk (seaweed soup), gim (roasted seaweed), namul (seasoned vegetables) and baek-kimchi (white kimchi) are also available. The hotel says the promotion pairs high-altitude views with refined dining for a special start to the day.
