GEBANGSIKDANG, a Korean traditional jang (fermented sauce) cuisine restaurant, is opening a pop-up in Los Angeles at the acclaimed Bib Gourmand restaurant 'hibi' from March 4 to March 23. Known for its modern reinterpretation of traditional Korean flavors, GEBANGSIKDANG aims to showcase Korean culinary heritage on an international stage. In collaboration with Kaizen Dining Group, this initiative seeks to elevate the global status of Korean gastronomy. The pop-up will feature fresh crabs directly imported from Korea, offering unique dishes infused with Korean fermenting culture to captivate LA food enthusiasts.
