Ulsan City announced its annual Industrial Festival will take place from October 16 to 19. With the vision 'Strong Ulsan' and slogan 'Ulsan is Korea,' this festival displays Ulsan's identity as an industrial and industrial capital. It features a parade, an opening ceremony by the Taehwa River National Garden, and activities for citizens. Ulsan's Mayor Kim expressed his dedication to maximizing achievements and addressing limitations from previous years. This festival, originally held annually from 1967 to 1988 to commemorate Ulsan's designation as a special industrial area, was paused due to criticisms but revived in 2023 for the third consecutive year.
