Youngone Group, in partnership with Sookmyung Women’s University, hosted a weeklong cultural exchange inviting daughters of local employees from Bangladesh and Vietnam to South Korea (Jan 19–26). The program, part of a university-funded development initiative, offers participants a full K-culture experience including taekwondo, K-pop dance classes, a tour of Suwon Hwaseong (a historic fortress), and a visit to Youngone’s headquarters to learn about the company’s operations. Students stayed in the university dormitories and joined Sookmyung’s URINK global buddy leadership group for campus and industry exchanges. The initiative aims to widen global perspectives and provide educational and cultural access to overseas employees’ families, especially young women from developing countries who have had few opportunities to travel abroad.
