Coca-Cola Korea plans to enter the South Korean alcohol market by launching a 'Jack Coke' Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverage in the first half of 2023. This RTD will mix Jack Daniel's whiskey with Coca-Cola, a popular cocktail known worldwide. Initial supply will be imported from Japan, and local production is being considered for the future. LG Household & Health Care will handle the domestic distribution. Additionally, Coca-Cola is considering releasing other alcoholic beverages in Korea. The move comes as the global RTD market is expected to grow significantly.
