Nongshim will launch a new instant cup noodle called ‘Rabokkuri Big Bowl’ on the 26th. The product combines Neoguri (a popular spicy seafood-flavored instant noodle) with rabokki (ramyeon mixed with tteokbokki sauce) to create a ready-to-eat mashup inspired by consumer ‘modi-sumer’ recipes like ‘Chapaguri’ (Chapagetti + Neoguri) and ‘Kaguri’ (curry + Neoguri). The sauce uses gochugaru (Korean chili flakes), gochujang (Korean chili paste), and soy sauce as a traditional rabokki base, boosted by Neoguri’s signature seafood umami. The cup includes Neoguri’s thick noodles, character-shaped fish cakes, new kelp-shaped fish cake, and seaweed topping for extra texture. Nongshim calls it a reinterpretation of its flagship Neoguri and the popular K-food rabokki, offering a convenient “soul food” combination.
