South Korean food maker Ottogi showcased a localized line of eight "cheesy ramen" products at the 2026 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Diego to strengthen its presence in the U.S. market. The lineup—based on Ottogi’s popular "Bodeul Bodeul Cheese Ramen" (soft, creamy cheese ramen)—includes two soup ramens (cheddar, spicy) and two stir-fry styles (cheddar & mascarpone, spicy chili & cheddar), offered in four cup and four packet formats. Packaging uses bright colors and a moon-shaped mascot called "Moonie" to appeal to American tastes. Ottogi met with 105 retail and distribution partners, ran in-store roadshows and tastings, and is creating influencer content to boost on- and offline engagement in the U.S.
