Nexen Develops High-Performance Tennis Shoes Using Tire Technology

On the 27th, Nexen Tire announced a collaboration with global sports brand Le Coq Sportif to develop high-performance tennis shoes called 'LE COURT ADVANCED.' The shoes incorporate tire technology to improve durability and grip, essential for quick directional changes and similar to the requirements of electric car tires. Nexen utilized high-performance rubber composite material for the outsole, while Le Coq Sportif focused on outsole design and structure. Nexen has also registered a patent for this special rubber composite material used in the shoe outsoles.
