Lotte Mart Teams with Chef Choi Kang-rok to Sell Grilling Sets and Gift Packs

Lotte Mart partnered with Choi Kang-rok, winner of a recent cooking survival show, to launch two exclusive gift sets and a five-item series of grilling (gogi-gui) products under the “Choi Kang-rok’s Naya” line during the Lunar New Year pre-order period (Dec 26–Feb 6). The gift sets include “Naya LA Galbi Set (2kg)” with the chef’s special sauce and “Naya Wagyu Yakiniku Set (MBS 8+ grade)” featuring several cuts and soy–wine sauces; L.POINT members get a 20,000 won discount. The grilling series — designed around an “cozy late-night diner” concept where meat is grilled slowly one piece at a time — has sold over 300,000 units to date. Lotte Mart will run a promotion offering 2,000 won off each item when buying two or more of the five grilling cuts (cross-item purchases allowed) from Jan 15–21, with further discounts planned in February. The retailer says the collaboration brings a TV-verified chef’s flavors into home kitchens.
