Wellness brand Pig in the Garden by Samlip launched three limited “New Year Message Ma(馬)yo Salads” (wordplay: ‘ma’ means horse and sounds like ‘mayo’) to celebrate the Year of the Horse and offer upbeat, healthy meal options. The line includes: “Don’t Delay Mayo” smoked pork with egg mayo and jalapeño BBQ sauce; “Keep Going Basil Cube Chicken Mayo” with basil mayo, cubed chicken breast, almonds and cranberries; and “Stay Steady Spicy Chicken Tuna Mayo” combining tuna mayo, spicy buldak (Korean fire chicken) sauce and chicken toppings. Each salad adds shredded carrot and savory toppings, and uses higher-protein ingredients (smoked pork, chicken breast, tuna) to boost satiety for consumers managing diet and nutrition.
