Fairmont Ambassador Seoul’s lobby lounge The Atrium is running a limited-time “Strawberry Fiesta” through late February, spotlighting Korea’s winter strawberries with visually striking desserts and beverages. Signature items include a strawberry shortcake (genoise sponge with fresh strawberries and whipped cream), a strawberry bingsu (shaved ice) topped with strawberry compote, chapssaltteok (glutinous rice cake), lime-coconut jelly, strawberry ice cream and condensed milk, plus mini cakes like strawberry chocolate chiffon and a strawberry tart with milk chocolate mousse and dacquoise layers. A strawberry-topped French toast brunch set is available (add ₩10,000 for two Americanos; +₩3,000 to switch to latte or cappuccino). Drinks feature the Instagrammable Strawberry Cloud Latte (yogurt milk with fresh strawberries and cotton candy), Pure Strawberry, and Berrio Shake (vanilla Oreo shake with strawberries). Whole cakes require a two-day advance reservation; other items are walk-in friendly. The promotion runs until the end of February and aims to let guests enjoy seasonally exclusive strawberry flavors crafted with Fairmont’s refined touch.
