Nongshim has opened a Ramen Museum on the 2nd floor of Shinwha Plaza in Seogwipo, Jeju, aimed at letting domestic and international visitors experience ramen taste and culture in one place. The space includes a cooking zone where visitors can cook signature Nongshim noodles like Shin Ramyun, Ansungtangmyun, Chapagetti and Neoguri—using an instant-cook 'Hangang ramen' style—and add toppings, plus a shopping zone selling products and branded goods. Special photo spots feature a large Neoguri character and Jeju motifs such as dol hareubang (stone grandfather statues), volcanic rock walls, and tangerine trees. The museum also displays the 40-year history of Shin Ramyun and plans to introduce special ramen using Jeju ingredients. Nongshim expects the site to become a Jeju landmark that blends the island’s nature with K-ramen culture.
