Chinese Cruise Tourists Visit Incheon Amid 'Limit Japan' Policy

Incheon is seeing a surge of Chinese cruise arrivals after China’s 'Limit Japan' (한일령) policy reduced Japan-bound travel. On Jan. 15, passengers from the Tianjin-based Oriental Dream cruise ship (the 'Dream') disembarked at Incheon International Cruise Terminal and moved by bus into the city. This year three China-origin cruise calls have arrived at Incheon Port, highlighting a shift in cruise itineraries toward Korea.
