Ottogi Teams Up with BTS's Jin for Global MarketingCreatrip Team

Ottogi, a Korean food company, is using Jin from BTS as the face of its global marketing campaign for Jin Ramen. Starting next month, Ottogi will feature Jin in promotional videos and on product packaging across countries such as the USA, China, Vietnam, Canada, and Indonesia. The aim is to capitalize on the 'BTS effect'. The 'Jin' name is prominently displayed in English on the packaging to aid foreign recognition. Ottogi also plans to include stickers with Jin's photos and his self-designed character 'Wootto' in multi-packs. Previously, Samyang Foods saw huge success with their 'Fire Noodle Challenge' after BTS's Jimin ate it on social media.
