Korean haircare brands are riding the K-beauty wave as exports and sales surge. The Skin Factory’s shampoo and treatment brand 'Kundal' reported record 124.1 billion KRW in revenue last year, with overseas sales (52%) surpassing domestic for the first time; the brand now sells in about 80 countries and is in Costco stores across several markets. Wyatt, owner of 'Doctor for Hair' and treatment brand 'Anov', also posted its highest-ever sales over 100 billion KRW after demand rose in the US and Japan. TS Trillion, once linked to a popular singer, is expanding exports to new markets including Southeast Asia, Brazil, Europe and the Middle East. Industry executives attribute the growth to the broader K-beauty boom and strengthened offline and online distribution (e.g., large retailers and gift-platform channels).
