Your Choices Change the Ending: Immersive Play 'Stay Alive In' Opens in Chuncheon

An immersive, audience-participation play 'Stay Alive In' opens at Chuncheon Performance Arts Startup Center from Jan. 16–18 and 23–25. The production transforms an entire building into its world and invites the audience to join as new company members serving as the chorus of the classic tragedy Oedipus. During rehearsals a sudden explosion triggers a quarantine and a mysterious virus turns people into 'zombies,' forcing audience members to make survival choices. Spectators act as mobile observers and active participants; the decisions they make determine the play’s ending. The work probes human instincts by asking, "What will you sacrifice to survive?" Performances are Fridays at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays at 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM. (Immersive: 이머시브, chorus: 코러스, zombie: 좀비)
