Asiana Airlines will shift its flights from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 (T2) at Incheon International Airport starting January 14. After midnight on the 14th, arriving passengers will enter through T2, and the first departure from T2 will be OZ112 to Osaka at 07:00. Check-in counters are located on the 3rd floor east wing at rows G–J; G and H handle economy and bag-drop (BAG-DROP), while J is for business class and elite members. To prevent confusion, Asiana is updating travel agency pages, booking/payment screens, e-tickets, notification messages, social media, and airport signage. There will also be announcements on the airport railroad, information boards at the transport center, and notices at Seoul and Gwangmyeong city airport terminals. For passengers who arrive at the wrong terminal, Asiana and Incheon Airport will keep banners and an information desk at Terminal 1 and provide emergency shuttle vehicles for two weeks.
