Able C&C CEO Shin Yoo-jung announced a bold New Year message promising to make this year one of "unprecedented explosive growth." She thanked employees for supporting last year’s brand portfolio reshuffle and structural reforms, calling them necessary groundwork for a leap in performance. Shin outlined three strategic priorities: accelerate core brand competitiveness, expand a global commerce-driven growth model, and maximize execution through agile, accountable operations. Key brand plans include strengthening MISSHA as a hybrid beauty brand centered on BB cream while broadening into high-performance skincare and makeup, and sharpening A’PIEU’s position as a K-haircare leader with a hair vinegar (hair care vinegar) line. The company will target Gen Z product strategies to widen retail touchpoints and scale proven e-commerce models—especially via TikTok Shop and Amazon—to other markets and brands. Data-driven content and performance marketing will link online momentum to offline retail worldwide. Organizational changes emphasize faster decision-making, clear responsibility, a performance-oriented culture, and widespread adoption of AI to boost productivity and execution quality. Able C&C, which celebrated its 25th anniversary last year, has shifted from domestic roadshops to an omnichannel global footprint spanning some 40 countries and about 40,000 stores, pursuing balanced growth and profitability through exports and online channels.
