Musinsa, a leading Korean fashion platform preparing for a 2026 IPO, has restructured into a C-level responsibility system and named dual CEOs to sharpen both growth and governance. Founder Jo Man-ho will lead business expansion with four newly appointed C-suite executives from global tech and retail giants—CTO Jeon Jun-hee (Google, Uber) for AI-driven personalization and logistics, CGO Park Jun-young (Amazon, Samsung) for overseas expansion, CBO Choi Woon-sik (E-Land) for globalizing the Musinsa Standard and offline growth, and CCO Choi Jae-young for commerce and partner support. Co-CEO Jo Nam-sung, an HR veteran from LG, Qualcomm, Coupang and SK On, will oversee corporate functions (HR, finance, legal, PR) to build systems and risk controls suitable for a public company. The two-track “attack-and-defend” strategy—founder-led product detail oversight (CDeO) and delegated macro strategy—aims to transform Musinsa from a domestic fashion marketplace into a global tech-enabled fashion house and target a KRW 10 trillion valuation at IPO.
