groove&, an all-female percussion ensemble, will perform "Pulse of Nature" on April 9 at Chuncheon Bomnae Theater, presenting rhythmic pieces inspired by raw natural sounds. The show, part of the 60th anniversary Korea-Canada cultural exchange (2024–2025), features Canadian flamenco dancer Lia Grainger and musician Tamar Ilana joining the three Korean performers. groove& centers the program on a piece called "Glue," using natural materials and video imagery of Gangwon's landscapes to recreate elemental rhythms. Their music reinterprets traditional Korean jangdan (rhythmic patterns used in folk and ritual music) and incorporates layered percussive textures alongside flamenco dance to express nature’s unfolding.
