JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa was ranked first among Marriott properties in the APEC region in LQA’s 2025 global hotel service evaluation, scoring 94.5% overall. The resort achieved perfect 100 scores in five core service areas—check-in, check-out, door service, room service, and turndown (even earning the first-ever perfect turndown score in LQA history)—and received the highest guest-engagement marks in APEC. Opened in March 2023, the property’s ‘whole you’ service philosophy and consistent execution across stays (including dining and spaces) were credited for the result. JW Marriott Jeju has also earned other international recognitions such as Travel + Leisure Asia’s T+L Luxury Awards (Korea hotel #1), a Michelin Key, and inclusion in La Liste World Top 1000 restaurants.
