Cosmax Shifts Production Strategy: Fewer Units, Faster Validation

Cosmax Group, a global cosmetics and health supplement ODM, announced a 2026 strategy focused on “adding premium to customer value” and establishing “Made by COSMAX” as a trust mark. At its CEO’s new-year speech in Seongnam, the company outlined three strategic pillars: CORE (strengthen R&I and smart factories with focus on sun care and base makeup), GLOBAL (deepen One COSMAX collaboration and expand into India, Latin America, Middle East, Australia and other emerging markets), and CONSUMER (use global consumer data, e‑commerce purchase insights, and local sensory research to reflect the real voice of consumers).
