Lotte Ria unveiled two versions of its new 'Whole Thigh Crispy Chicken Burger' at its Sookdaeipgu Station branch in Yongsan, Seoul. The burgers come in Greek Ranch and Fire Hot flavors and use a whole thigh (tongdari-sal) patty coated with buttermilk and rice flour for an extra-crispy texture. The release highlights Lotte Ria’s focus on texture and bold flavors for new menu items.
