Lotte Hotel & Resorts has revamped its online store, 'LOTTE HOTEL e-SHOP', upgrading its gift service so customers can now send shipped items as gifts and dispatch to up to 20 people at once. Previously the gifting option was limited to restaurant vouchers and pickup items and allowed only one recipient. The site also removed the mandatory membership requirement: non-members can purchase by entering basic order details (name, contact, address, card). The company plans more promotions for its exclusive membership, 'Lotte Hotel Rewards', and will expand product lines—such as in‑house amenities and premium kimchi—to diversify revenue beyond room sales.
