Lotteeria launches ‘invincible’ Crispy Thigh Chicken Burger with creator Chimchakman

Lotteeria (Korean burger chain) is adding two new 'Tongdari Crispy Chicken Burger' versions on Jan. 6, featuring juicy whole-thigh patties coated in buttermilk and rice flour for extra crunch. A ‘multi-drum breading’ process is used to enhance crispiness. The two flavors are Greek Ranch (with a fresh Greek yogurt sauce) and Fire Hot (spicy garlic sauce). Popular creator ‘Chimchakman’ (a Korean streamer/food reviewer) stars in the ad, playfully trying to find flaws but ultimately praising the burger’s perfect balance of a crispy exterior and juicy interior. LotteGRS says the hearty thigh patty aims to appeal to fans who love “crispy outside, tender inside.”
