Klook, the global booking platform for accommodations, transport, and activities, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Tourism Startup Association (KOTSA) to strengthen competitiveness of Korean tourism startups and boost the industry. The partnership aims to build a sustainable growth ecosystem and cooperative model between global platforms and domestic innovators. KOTSA will work with members to discover and package tourism products in non-tourist (non-tourist) regions and help turn startup ideas into market-ready offerings. Klook will provide consulting from product planning through post-launch, support digital transformation such as reservation systems, and help selected products access overseas distribution channels. Both organizations say the collaboration will create a model for win-win cooperation and help Korean tourism startups enter global markets.
