A new exhibition, 'Drinking Museum' (마시는 미술관), opens March 5–31 at Loftworks in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul, showcasing traditional Korean liquors (전통주) as art. The show presents about 20 premium drinks from 10 regional breweries alongside contemporary paintings, crafts and installations that highlight brewing history, craftsmanship and the design beauty of liquor vessels. Five leading Korean ceramic and craft artists collaborated with producers such as Choiri Brewery, Hangang Jujoo, and Jeju Gotbat to reframe these drinks as cultural artifacts rather than just beverages. Visitor events include tastings and a lecture led by soju artist Funny Jun. Organizers say the exhibition aims to position traditional liquor as a heritage art form and a global cultural asset. More details are available on Loftworks and Modern.Han SNS.
