Department stores in Seoul are launching New Year pop-up stores and seasonal sales targeting fashion-minded shoppers. Shinsegae is hosting a pop-up for The Beigess (a women's minimalist multi-brand shop) on the 5th floor of its Gangnam store through Jan. 7, featuring outerwear, knits and denim with up to 60% off and tiered gifts for purchases. Hyundai Department Store is running a "Traditional Fashion" sale through Jan. 4 with up to 30% off 2025 FW (fall/winter) items from brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Beanpole and Hazzys, plus outdoor and children’s fashion discounts at select branches. Lotte Department Store is presenting TONYWACK’s first women's line and themed pop-ups including Bake Mogul (bagels) and “Pokemon Winter” at multiple locations; Lotte offers up to 40% off TONYWACK items, gift-with-purchase perks, and dozens of Pokemon collectibles and capsule-toy items. Many events include social-media sign-up discounts, limited gifts for early shoppers, and special promotions on food and merchandise.
