VIPS Launches Two Frozen Steak Meal Kits for Home Enjoyment

CJ Foodville's VIPS has introduced two frozen ready-to-heat (RMR) steak meal kits so customers can enjoy restaurant-style steaks at home. The 'Cowboy Buttercream Steak' recreates a popular in-store dish using thick U.S. chuck flap (살치살) for juiciness and a trendy cowboy buttercream sauce, and includes mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, and butter; it's sold exclusively on Market Kurly (마켓컬리). The 'VIPS Chuck Flap Steak' emphasizes the meat's natural flavor with a special sauce combining horseradish, tomato paste, and honey, plus a blended seasoning of salt and black pepper and butter. Both kits are available through CJ Foodville's ChefGo app, Market Kurly, and Naver Smart Store, aiming to offer convenient, high-quality options for year-end and outdoor gatherings. VIPS says it will continue expanding its RMR lineup using chef expertise.
