The resort includes Somerset (suitable for long stays with 154㎡ rooms, kitchens and laundry), Shinhwa Wing (access to a sky pool and Shinhwa Water Park), Marriott Wing (premium services) and Landing Wing (business-focused). Discounts scale with length of stay—7+ nights onward—with up to 35% off for the longest stays. Somerset offers a special rate of KRW 154,000 for stays of 270 nights or more. Guests receive perks such as 43% off breakfast buffet, F&B credits (KRW 100,000 for 30–119 nights; KRW 200,000 for 120+ nights), 3% back in Shinhwa Reward points, complimentary room cleaning, and free pool and fitness access.
