Seoul City will simultaneously open snow sled parks at Ttukseom, Jamwon, and Yeouido Han River Parks from Dec. 31 through Feb. 18. Former outdoor swimming pool areas are transformed into sled slopes and snow play zones, open daily 10:00–17:00 (with a 13:00–14:00 snow maintenance break). Jamwon Park will offer extended evening hours around New Year and weekend nights, plus family programs like Pororo performances (Pororo: a popular Korean animated character). Yeouido will feature character ‘Janmang Loopy’ and Ttukseom will host Pororo and friends with Tayo (Tayo: a Korean children’s bus character) themed zones. Entrance is 6,000 won for all ages, with discounts for veterans, seniors, people with disabilities and large families; infants under 36 months enter free with ID. Operations may change due to air quality. The city expects high attendance after last season’s record 141,134 visitors and aims to offer affordable winter leisure for families and visitors.
