Cosmax Group Promotes Founder’s Sons to Vice Chairmen as It Pushes ODM and New Beauty Businesses

Cosmax Group promoted two sons of chairman Lee Kyung-soo — Lee Byung-man and Lee Byung-joo — to vice chairman positions in a 31-person executive reshuffle effective Jan 1, 2026. Lee Byung-man will oversee the company’s core cosmetics ODM (original design/manufacturing) operations including R&D, production, quality and global client relations, aiming to expand premium and functional product lines and strengthen strategic partnerships. Lee Byung-joo will lead group-level mid- to long-term strategy and new business efforts focused on personalized cosmetics and devices, beauty tech, and data-driven personalization to create new consumer experiences. Huh Min-ho was named senior vice chairman to help establish the holding-company structure and drive long-term growth infrastructure. The reshuffle also promoted several executives across Cosmax’s pet, bio and R&I units and appointed 14 new directors, notably recruiting many leaders born in the 1980s. The company says the moves position Cosmax to respond proactively to global beauty industry changes and to accelerate growth in customized products, new businesses and platform areas.
