Jeonju City in South Korea announced that Jeonju Zoo will be open throughout the 6-day Lunar New Year holiday, including the day of Seollal (Lunar New Year). From January 27 to 30, parking at the zoo will be free. Additionally, wheelchair and stroller rentals will be available for families with young children or elderly members. The zoo is also setting up a traditional Korean games zone for visitors to experience cultural activities like Tuho, Jegichagi, and Ddakji. Every day, the first 300 entrants will receive a free mini yutnori (a traditional board game) set. Jeonju Zoo has prepared various facilities and pathways for a comfortable visit. The zoo director hopes many visitors will enjoy a lively and enjoyable time with their families during the holiday.
